Do have an idea to improve your property? Please keep in mind the association has a third party Architectural Review Board to help.maintain the quality of the neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate the plans for all exterior modifications including repainting, additions, tree removal, fencing, and new structures, such as a shed or play set. To ensure compliance with all covenants and bylaws, please submit an exterior modification application for review before starting any work.
