Vandalism Alert - Festival House!
Chesterfield County Police Department and Crime Solvers are currently seeking information on two teenagers who vandalized Festival Park on July 13th, 2012 at approximately 3:00 am.

New Collection Policy
Effective with the April 1st HOA dues, a new policy was established for payment. Notice was sent out with the Annual Meeting Notice in March. Please read this letter from our Board President, Rob Campbell, which explains the rationale behind the enactment of this new policy.

Spring T-Ball has been canceled and we will try again this fall. Registration payments will be returned to residents from their original sources.
