Hampton Park 2013 Annual Meeting - Online Voting

Information on the easy and convenient method of casting your ballot for the 2013 elections.


Online Voting is Here!

You can cast your vote online in two easy steps!

  1. Register to Vote – click on the link below, enter your registration code* and fill out the form.


2.  Cast your Vote – choose the three (3) candidates you wish to vote for and submit!  You will receive a confirmation email once your vote has been submitted.

*Note: Your registration code is your Community Group account number.  Your account number can be found on your 2013 coupon book or on the mailing label on the letter you received from the Association with your voting information (00XXX-XXXX – do not enter the 2 leading zeros or the dash) or contact Community Group, 804-270-1800 Member Services.

Only one vote per household.

You can also vote by Proxy if you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting.  You will be receiving an envelope of details including a Proxy/Ballot, candidate bios and agenda for the meeting the week of March 4, 2013.



The 2013 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 26,th at 7:00 pm and the Cosby High School Forum.  Steve Elswick, Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors will be guest speaker.

2018 Pool Information


While school is in session the Celebration Pool is closed Monday- Thursday

Friday & Saturday, 10-7PM; Sunday-Thursday, 10:00-8:00PM

Funhouse Open 11:00am-7:00pm Every Day During Pool Season

*On Swim Meet Days Celebration Pool Will Close At 3:00 p.m.*

While school is in session the Festival Pool Summer Hours are 3:00 pm- 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 11:00am-9:00PM

**On Memorial & Labor Day, both pools close at 7:00 pm. **


Pool Rules:

-No children taller than the gate are permitted in the baby pool. All children in the baby pool must be supervised.

-The pool must be cleared for 30 minutes if there is thunder. Everyone must evacuate the pool deck.

-The pool will close if the lifeguard cannot see the bottom of the pool.

-Pool closure due to weather will be determined by an on-site personnel in accordance with Douglas Aquatics.


Lost & Found

-All items found at the pool will be held for 2 weeks. After two weeks, those items are subject to donation at the discretion of Hampton Park Management.

-All pool toys left behind will be placed in a bin for use at the pool.
