- New Collection Policy
- The Hampton Park Board of Directors approved a new collection policy in February 2012 for homeowner dues and assessments. This policy becomes effective April 1, 2012. To review, please see file below.
- HOA Annual Meeting & Election Notice
- Get Involved! The HOA Annual Meeting will be held at Cosby High School, Tuesday, March 27th at 7:00 pm. Two positions will be up for election at this meeting and we need your help! If you are interested in filling one of the open board seats please contact Lisa Wagner at (804) 639-1701 or hamptonparkmgr@verizon.net. Ballots and proxies will be mailed the week of March 5th. Your participation is crucial. Please vote and attend this very important event.
