Below are the areas the ARB has added and or made changes to the current standards and guidelines that were last revised in 2003.
Not including those additions and changes you will notice that sections where combined with similar sections to better organize the standards and guidelines so they are easier to read and follow.
Any questions or comments can be emailed to hamptonparkmgr@verizon.net, Questions and concerns received before December 13, 2010 will be reviewed at the HOA meeting December 13th. Questions and concerns can be submitted up to January 1, 2011 and those questions not covered December 13, 2010 will be covered during the January 11, 2011 HOA meeting.
