Annual Meeting Notice

A notice of balloting, agenda and rules at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 27th at 7:00 pm in the Forum of Cosby High School.

Notice of Annual Meeting of Members

March 27, 2012

 

As a member of Hampton Park Community Association, a Virginia non-stock corporation the (“Association”), you are cordially invited to be present at the Annual Meeting of Members of the Association to be held at Cosby High School Forum (near the auditorium) 7:00 P.M., on March 27, 2012.  The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to review the past year's operations of the Association, discuss current projects and plans, and elect two members to the Board of Directors. 

Please note that there is an agenda attached to this information.

 

Enclosed with this letter is a Proxy and Ballot to register your vote. Whether or not you plan to attend the meeting in person, please take a moment to complete the Ballot and register your vote to ensure that your vote is included.  

 

In 2012 we are offering two methods of submitting your proxy and ballot. It is only necessary to submit your proxy ballot by one of these methods:

 

(1) Electronic Ballot: Please go to:  http://svs2.ivotehoa.com/protected/account Signup.php and cast your ballot electronically.  No faxing, no mailing – simple and easy.  Your HOA account number (ie. 00xx-xxxx on your coupon book) is your Code number.  Enter your HOA account number and follow the instructions to cast your ballot. 

 

OR

 

(2) By completing the enclosed paper proxy and ballot form and returning to:

Homeowner(s):  Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete this proxy and return it in the enclosed envelope to Community Group, 3901 Westerre Parkway, Suite 100, Richmond, VA  23233, fax (804)346-8640, to the drop box at the Celebration Site Office OR the US Mail box in front of Celebration.  Please return your proxies no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, March 26, 2012.  If you choose the electronic ballot option, you do not need to complete this form.

As a member of the Hampton Park Community Association, I hereby name Rob Campbell, as my Proxy, for and in my name, with full power of substitution, and with all powers I would possess if personally present, to attend Hampton Park Community Association Annual Meeting, to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at Cosby High School Forum.  I authorize the person named above to represent me at such meeting and at any postponements thereof, with all the powers the undersigned would possess if personally present and, if checked on the reverse side hereof, direct my proxy to vote as indicated in the election of Directors.

I (WE) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I (WE) HAVE BEEN INFORMED AND UNDERSTAND THAT:

 

1.      The Proxy is REVOCABLE by the owner or by either of the owners (if more than one) should they attend the Meeting.

2.      The decision of the Secretary of the Association as to the validity of any Proxy shall be binding on the owner(s).

3.      The Proxy may act for me for any matter that arises in such meeting or any adjournment or continuance of the Annual Meeting.

4.      This Proxy shall terminate automatically upon the adjournment of the Annual Meeting.

2018 Pool Information

2018 POOL HOUR


While school is in session the Celebration Pool is closed Monday- Thursday

Friday & Saturday, 10-7PM; Sunday-Thursday, 10:00-8:00PM

Funhouse Open 11:00am-7:00pm Every Day During Pool Season

*On Swim Meet Days Celebration Pool Will Close At 3:00 p.m.*

While school is in session the Festival Pool Summer Hours are 3:00 pm- 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 11:00am-9:00PM

**On Memorial & Labor Day, both pools close at 7:00 pm. **

 

Pool Rules:

-No children taller than the gate are permitted in the baby pool. All children in the baby pool must be supervised.

-The pool must be cleared for 30 minutes if there is thunder. Everyone must evacuate the pool deck.

-The pool will close if the lifeguard cannot see the bottom of the pool.

-Pool closure due to weather will be determined by an on-site personnel in accordance with Douglas Aquatics.

 

Lost & Found

-All items found at the pool will be held for 2 weeks. After two weeks, those items are subject to donation at the discretion of Hampton Park Management.

-All pool toys left behind will be placed in a bin for use at the pool.
